OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Waukesha, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate long-haul hazmat deliveries safely
- Comply with all DOT and hazardous materials standards
- Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch for optimized routing
Drivers earn 65 CPM (+2 CPM on hazmat), average around 2,500 miles weekly, and receive safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Benefit from bi-weekly home time, modern tractors under three years old (APUs, inverters, sleepers), dedicated maintenance support, and generous health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
Qualifications:
- CDL A license
- At least 12 months OTR driving experience
