HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Weirton, WV
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight throughout the country. Our pay structure includes a strong mileage rate starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads. You will average around 5,000 miles weekly and be eligible for bonuses based on safety and clean inspections.
We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance services.
- Home every two weeks.
- Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A with Hazmat endorsement.
- At least 12 months of relevant driving experience.
- A strong focus on safety and dependability.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
