HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - West Des Moines, IA
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers for HAZMAT freight across the nation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM when hauling hazmat.
- Average weekly mileage of around 2,500 miles.
- Bonus opportunities for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Home every two weeks with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of OTR experience.
- Must be capable of safely managing hazardous materials.
- Join HMD for reliable freight and a commitment to driver safety.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
