HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Willmar, MN
HMD Trucking is seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to transport Hazmat freight across the United States. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, with weekly averages of around 2,500 miles. Bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections are also available.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to ensure your success on the road.
- Home every three weeks, along with a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
