Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy Description
Operating from Willmar, MN, HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR team drivers with CDL A licenses and Hazmat endorsements.
Transport dry van Hazmat freight nationwide in under-3-year trucks featuring APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers.
Our in-house maintenance staff ensures every truck performs at its best.
Role Highlights:
- Team haul Hazmat shipments safely
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations
- Coordinate coast-to-coast routing
Receive 77¢/mi split pay plus 2¢/mi for Hazmat loads, along with bonuses for safety, clean inspections and referrals.
