Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Position Summary:
- Drive modern dry vans (under 3 years old) with APU, inverter, sleeper
- Team up to deliver hazardous loads safely and on schedule
- Maximize earnings with strong mileage pay and bonuses
Your Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and unload Hazmat freight per safety guidelines
- Keep accurate driving logs and inspection reports
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing
