Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience

  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Role and Duties:

  • Safely deliver dry van and hazardous loads under DOT guidelines
  • Coordinate with dispatch for optimized routing
  • Execute pre- and post-trip inspections and keep precise logs

Driver Perks:

  • $0.77–$0.84 per mile split and a $10,000 sign-on bonus
