Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily handle dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This results in minimal physical work, letting you concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy and layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, plus an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Our routes cover the Midwest regions, including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
