Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Abington, PA

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, this position requires minimal physical work, enabling you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average $1,200 to $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes covering Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
