Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Aiken, SC

American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions in Aiken, SC. This role ensures you receive weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.

What We Offer:

• Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, reducing your physical workload.
• Average weekly earnings between $1,150 and $1,500, depending on mileage and performance metrics.
• Drive within a running area that includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Fleet Information:

• Drive late-model trucks like International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
• You can take your truck and trailer home, provided there’s a safe parking option.

Benefits Package:

• Benefits begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, covering medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3% are included.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions; however, pets are not allowed.

Additional Compensation:

• Additional earnings through detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Details:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, held at various locations, with transportation provided, hotel room accommodations, and meals.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
