Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Aiken, SC

American Trucking Group is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions. Benefit from weekly home time with a 34-hour reset for a balanced lifestyle.

Key Highlights:

• Average earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, depending on your mileage and performance.
• Freight is primarily no-touch (95%) with 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical work.
• Operating region includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Fleet Features:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal comfort.
• Drivers are allowed to take the truck and trailer home if there’s a safe parking space.

Benefits Package:

• Benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy available after 30 days of service, subject to age restrictions.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay according to customer policies.
• Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Information:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday across various locations.
• Transportation is provided by bus or train, alongside a private hotel room and meals during orientation.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
