Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical labor? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West, featuring excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This setup minimizes physical labor, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes will cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
