Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Albertville, AL

American Trucking Group is actively seeking CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position with weekly home time for a 34-hour reset. Enjoy a driving experience where most freight is no-touch (95%) and consists of 85% drop-and-hook, minimizing physical labor.

Compensation:

• Earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on mileage and performance.

Running Area:

• Routes primarily cover GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment:

• We operate modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for efficient climate control. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, provided there’s a safe parking space.

Benefits:

• Health, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days.
• Company-paid life insurance of $20,000.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
• After 30 days, a passenger policy is available, with some age restrictions.
• No pet policy.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay as per customer policy.
• Layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour.
• Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• Three-day orientation from Tuesday to Thursday held at various sites. Transportation is provided by bus or train, along with hotel accommodations and meals during orientation.
• Locations include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
