Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Allen Park, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, providing excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that ensures you return home weekly.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while allowing you to enjoy quality time with family and manage personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Engage in minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings typically range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes covering Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Illinois.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
