Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Alpharetta, GA
American Trucking Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position in Alpharetta, GA that offers weekly home time and a 34-hour reset. This job primarily deals with dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical labor.
Average Earnings:
- Expect to earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on your mileage and performance.
Running Area:
- Covering GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Fleet Overview:
- Drive our late-model trucks which include International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth vehicles, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for your comfort.
- Trucks can be taken home if a safe parking area is available.

Orientation Details:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, held at various locations including Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
- Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are provided during orientation.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
