Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Ann Arbor, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with weekly home time and light physical demands? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes across the Midwest with top-notch equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, our OTR routes ensure you can spend quality time with family and maintain personal commitments.
Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. Take your assigned truck home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without heavy lifting.
Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay, layover pay at $12 per hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for an accident-free year.
Running Area: Routes include Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin the first month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.
