Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Atlanta, GA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an over-the-road (OTR) position that provides weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Southeast with top-tier equipment and competitive pay. Experience the liberty of OTR driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that ensures you are home each week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes focus on delivering consistent miles while allowing you to spend quality time with your family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks.
- Equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical demands, allowing you to concentrate on driving and optimizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $900 to $1,200 per week based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Southeast regional routes across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
- All tolls managed via EZ Pass and toll cards.
