What You’ll Receive:
- OTR dry-van routes across the Midwest & Southeast
- Live loading operations
- More driving, less waiting
- Starting at 62 ¢ per mile, with higher CPM for added endorsements or experience
- More home time than expected, based on your location
- A dispatch team that knows you by name
- All miles paid, loaded and empty
- New equipment: Volvo & Freightliner Cascadias
- Automatics featuring APU, inverter, and refrigerator
- Average ~3,000 miles weekly
- Referral, safety, and clean-inspection bonuses

What We Expect From You:
- 1+ year OTR driving experience
- A solid driving record
