Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Southwest and Mountain West, providing you with top-quality equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our routes are designed for steady miles while allowing you to maintain quality time with family.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate management. You can take your assigned truck home, contingent upon safe parking availability.

No Touch Freight: Mostly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical effort and letting you concentrate on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
