Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Baltimore, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that allows for weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Midwest with top-tier equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Get home weekly for a 34-hour reset, helping you to maintain family ties and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Enjoy primarily no-touch freight with 95% of loads being no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, allowing you to concentrate on driving without heavy lifting.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,100 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour after the first hour for layovers, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls managed via EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
