Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bear, DE
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that emphasizes weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, providing excellent equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to facilitate steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your assigned truck home, provided there’s safe parking.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily engage with dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This minimizes physical work, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Our drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
