Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while spending time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily work with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to minimize physical work and focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn around $1,100 weekly, with additional compensation including detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
