Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, giving you valuable time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: You’ll drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our operations consist mainly of dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance, with added compensation such as detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes span Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming, with all tolls managed via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
