Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bentonville, AR

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Southeast with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average $900 to $1,200 per week depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Southeast regional routes covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and 401(k) with 50% company match up to 3%. Passenger policy available after 30 days with age restrictions.
