Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bethesda, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical work? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast with top-notch equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing for quality family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily deal with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers typically average between $1,000 to $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay following customer policies, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Operate on Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
