Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed for steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal heating and cooling.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch loads and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $900 to $1,200 per week based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Cover Midwest regional routes including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
• All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
