Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted for steady miles, ensuring you maintain regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily transport dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Expect to earn between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Our routes span Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
