Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Bluefield, WV
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group is providing dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to spend quality time with family while enjoying steady miles.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when there is safe parking.
No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus solely on driving and maximizing efficiency without heavy lifting.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn around $1,100 weekly depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area: Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
