Home Time: Be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to provide steady miles while allowing you to enjoy quality family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily engage with dry van freight that is 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing your physical workload and focusing on driving efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,100 and $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance commences the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
