Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Brentwood, TN

American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position that offers weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.

Position Details:

• Freight primarily consists of dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical work.
• Average weekly earnings are between $1,150 and $1,500 based on mileage and performance.
• The running area includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
• We utilize late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• Includes vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions based on the time of year.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Information:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, with transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
