Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Bristol, VA
American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position in Bristol, VA. Enjoy the convenience of weekly home time and competitive earnings ranging from $1,150 to $1,500 per week based on your mileage and performance.
Job Overview:
- OTR Dry Van Driver with home time every week for a 34-hour reset
- Freight is primarily 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical effort
- Operating area includes Virginia and surrounding states (GA, FL, NC, TN, AL)
Fleet Information: Our fleet consists of late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for effective heating and cooling. Drivers are allowed to take their trucks and trailers home if there is safe parking.

Compensation Details:
- Detention pay based on customer policy

Orientation Information: Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations. We provide transportation by bus or train, a private hotel room, and meals during orientation. Locations include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
