Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to deliver steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup allows for minimal physical effort, letting you focus on driving and enhancing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers generally earn between $1,200 and $1,600 per week based on their mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered by EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Enjoy medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment. $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
