Home Time: You will return home weekly for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance work and personal time effectively.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You may take your designated truck and trailer home when safe parking is accessible.

No Touch Freight: With a focus on dry van freight, enjoy 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This arrangement means less physical labor and more time to concentrate on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention compensation, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for drivers without accidents.

Running Area: Our routes span the Northeast from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance that begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days with age restrictions.
