Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Butte, MT

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role that offers consistent home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide excellent dry van routes across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, with great equipment and competitive pay to ensure that you enjoy the freedom of the road while returning home regularly.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to spend time with your family and manage personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight, with a 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operation rate.
• This allows for minimal physical work, enabling you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,000 to $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes:
  • Detention pay according to customer policy.
  • Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
  • An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
• All tolls are handled through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
