Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest featuring excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that ensures you are home every week.

Home Time: Be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain quality time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks like International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing physical labor and allowing you to concentrate on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
