Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Cary, NC
American Trucking Group is excited to welcome CDL-A drivers to our team for regional dry van positions in Cary, NC. Experience the advantage of weekly home time while earning competitive pay ranging from $1,150 to $1,500 per week, depending on your mileage and individual performance.
What We Offer:
- Regular home time for a 34-hour reset weekly.
- Majority of freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical effort.
- Modern fleet including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
- Drivers can take trucks home if safe parking is available.
Benefits Include:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days of service.
- Life insurance coverage of $20,000 paid by the company.
- Paid vacations and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy available after 30 days.
Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay per customer policies.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
- EZ Pass for all tolls.
Orientation Details:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, with transportation, hotel accommodation, and meals provided.
