Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Cary, NC
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Southeast with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the flexibility of over-the-road driving while ensuring you get home every week.
Home Time:
- Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to deliver stable miles while allowing you to maintain family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Your assigned truck and trailer can go home with you if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily transport dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical activities required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your productivity.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers average between $900 to $1,200 per week, influenced by mileage and performance.
- Additional earnings include detention pay based on customer guidelines, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Operate primarily in the Southeast, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
- All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.
