Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role with weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, our OTR routes are designed to ensure you get steady miles while keeping your family commitments intact.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is accessible.

No Touch Freight: Our freight primarily consists of dry van loads, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $1,000 and $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer guidelines, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are handled through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age limitations.
