Home Time: Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain a steady relationship with family and personal life.

Equipment: Drive a fleet of late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth vehicles, featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Operate primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving without heavy lifting.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $900 to $1,200 weekly, based on your mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving.

Running Area: Drive across Midwest regional routes, which include Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. Toll costs are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Receive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is accessible after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
