Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Enjoy the benefit of being home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your convenience. You can take your truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily work with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical labor so you can focus on maximizing your driving efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Our drivers typically earn around $1,100 per week, with additional compensation including detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes span across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. You’ll also receive $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days with age restrictions.
