Home Time:

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Our OTR routes are designed to offer steady miles, allowing you to maintain regular family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth vehicles equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

Mostly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
Minimal physical labor required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Drivers typically earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan, with all tolls taken care of via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

$20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days, with certain age restrictions.
