Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Chester, WV by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate regional dry-van lanes based out of Chester, WV servicing Midwest and Chicago corridors while returning home weekly. This role emphasizes predictable regional runs, professional customer communication, and adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate a CDL‑A dry van tractor on scheduled regional routes.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks.
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery windows and ensure on-time performance.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving history and compliance focus.
Pay & perks: $0.70/mi, $2,500 sign-on, orientation pay, bonuses, modern equipment, and full benefits including 401(k) and PTO.
