Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Cicero, IL
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical exertion? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Midwest with top-notch equipment and attractive compensation. Experience the joy of over-the-road driving while enjoying a regular schedule that brings you home each week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have quality time with your family and personal obligations.
Equipment:
- Drive advanced International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, allowing you to concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,200 to $1,600 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay starting at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Routes span across Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered by EZ Pass and toll cards.
