- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run regional dry-van work out of the Chicago/Cicero area, delivering consistent lanes with dependable home-weekly rotations so you can stay connected to family and home.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate a CDL-A dry van to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries across Midwest routes.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, keep detailed records, and maintain clear communication with dispatch.
- Protect cargo, meet delivery windows, and provide courteous service to customers.
What HMD Provides:
- $0.70 per mile pay and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, weekly home time, modern equipment from a 500+ truck fleet, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) and additional bonuses for orientation and clean inspections.
Minimum: valid CDL-A and 12 months verifiable driving experience.
