Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Columbia, MD
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a regional opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide excellent dry van routes throughout the Northeast, supported by top-tier equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Equipment: Drive late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight: Most of your freight will be dry van with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes physical work, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn about $1,150 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area: Routes cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
