Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy a focus on driving with minimal physical work since we primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
