Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Columbia, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to provide steady miles while ensuring you can maintain family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
- Engage in minimal physical effort, allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Midwest routes including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
