Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Columbia, TN
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that delivers regular home time? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the South Central and Midwest regions, featuring top-notch equipment and attractive compensation packages.
Home Time:
- Return home each week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you can maintain family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You are welcome to take your assigned truck home, provided there is safe parking.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily engage with dry van freight, experiencing 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. Focus on driving with minimal physical labor required.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings range from $1,100 to $1,500, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance each year.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Missouri, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month after a 60-day employment period. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match from the company up to 3%.
