Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Concord, NC
American Trucking Group is looking for dedicated CDL-A drivers for our regional dry van positions in Concord, NC. Enjoy the benefit of being home weekly while earning a competitive salary ranging from $1,150 to $1,500 per week based on your mileage and performance.
What We Offer:
- Consistent home time for a 34-hour reset each week.
- Most freight is dry van, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook deliveries, resulting in minimal physical effort.
- Drive our late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- Take the truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
Benefits Include:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Company-paid life insurance coverage of $20,000.
- Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
- Passenger policy available after 30 days of employment.
Additional Compensation:
- Detention pay according to customer policy.
- Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation Details:
- Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, with transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license

- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
