Home Time:

• Consistently home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure you maintain a steady flow of miles while keeping time for your family and personal life.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as you have safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily work with dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• This means minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on efficient driving.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings between $1,000 and $1,250 based on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes:
  • Detention pay per customer policy.
  • Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
  • An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
• All tolls will be covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
